JUNIPER is the main botanical in gin. We use the best we can find. The juniper bush grows typically in sandy soil and stands beautiful throughout the winter.
LAVENDER is known for it very aromatic nose.
CARDAMOM is a very aromatic spice with hints of citrus and eucalyptus. Often used on Christmas buns, but we love the nose in Virgin.
ORANGE PEEL is the peel of the Orange fruit. The peel has a lot of aromatic oils and can be used both in sweet and savory dishes. It is a classic and very popular ingredient in gin – and you can use orange peel as a garnish in most G&Ts.
