
JUNIPER is the main botanical in gin. We use the best we can find. The juniper bush grows typically in sandy soil and stands beautiful throughout the winter.
CITRUS PEELS are the peels from different citrus fruits. The peel has a lot of aromatic oils and can be used both in sweet and savory dishes. It is a classic and very popular ingredient in gin – and you can use citrus peel as a garnish in most G&Ts.
SEA BUCKTHORN is known as the citrus of the North.
4 cl HERBIE GIN ORGANIC
10 cl tonic
Frozen sea buckthorn (or lemon peel)
Fill a glass you like with lots of ice cubes and the Herbie Gin Original and stir slowly to cool down the gin. Add slowly the tonic and garnish with frozen sea buckthorn (or lemon peel).
